Any Hardware warranties come from the manufacture or place of purchase not from PC Helper.

If a Hardware part is D.O.A. (Dead on arrival) the item will be sent back to place of purchase or the manufacture. Customer will billed for all shipping and handling.

You may request any information regarding your details of your file. This may take up to 30 days to process and sent to you.

1. All hardware or software items that might be required you or your company will need to be purchase.
2. This agreement is to fix just a PC, nothing to do with networking. Any networking requirement needed can be arranged either over the phone, email or see details at this website Networking.
3. If you require hardware part or software, and you request  that i look for it and purchase it on your behalf an additional $3 will be Invoiced separately for each item.
4. We will not be held responsiable for lost data, you will be required to sign a form to comfirm this.

4. For all users to install  Crossloops.com to enable remote access this for when it is impossible to get your home, i be able to , repair the problem remotely and this another way to call for help.
5. This contract does not cover any Networking solutions, any networking required will be invoiced separately, Prices and details can be found on the website.
6. This contract is only for one desktop PC, no laptops or servers.
7. Depending on the situation, it might require a repair to be scheduled after hours i.e. after 6pm, this be only done verbally over the phone while making the appointment or confirming a appointment.
8. If you require a hardware or software, and you requested that i look for it and purchase it on your behalf  an additional $3 will be invoiced separately for each item.
9. Any additional parts purchased either by you or your company or by PC Helper there be will be additional charges for the installation of those parts as when an extra. This part of the contract. This includes all hardware, software,cameras, Mp3 Players and printers.
10.  Please do not hesitate to call when your PC seems to be slow or you have a virus or pop-ups, the quicker you report this better for all and the PC.
11.  If you decide to move from your present residence to a new one depending where the new location is your contract will be Canceled due to out of range and there be no refund,
12.   These terms and condition are subject to change, and will be notified, however the price of this contract will not changed
    
13. You can pay by the following Cash, Check or PayPal. If you wish to pay using paypal then an $5 will be added for administration fee to process the payment
