Contract details
A contract is for 1 year, in that year you will have 4 visits. The first visit is an initial service to deal any problems or queries at hand to make the PC the way you want. The remaining visits are maintenance visits to see how the computer is running.
However, should anything happen in between visits then contact PC Helper and make an appointment.
Product price
The Price depends on your location and usage of services.
Base price is $165 plus tax this will increase depending on your location. For this your will get 4 visits 2 of them will be for cleaning your PC. and 4 remote sessions.
Should you need more than visits due a repair that requires a call out. An additional $25 per extra visit will be invoiced to you.
If you need to use more than 4 remote session your will be charged $25 per remote session.
Please note this does not cover anything with Networking. (Router or devices need to add to the router for them to work i.e. laptop printer installs.)
Please take note. IF ANY PART OR PARTS ARE REQUIRED for replacement or update the customer must purchase part. If the customer would like PC helper to search and purchase the item/s additional $3 will be invoiced separately. The installation of part or parts is included with the contract.
